Exquisite Kaiseki Experience

I had the pleasure of indulging in a traditional kaiseki dinner at Gion Hatanaka, and it was nothing short of lovely. Each dish was beautifully presented, showcasing fresh ingredients with a variety of flavors. The highlight for me was the steamed amadai(tilefish), which was utterly delicious. Dining in this intimate setting while being entertained by a maiko added an lovely touch to our evening. Highly recommend this culinary journey!

Immaculate Onsen Experience
